Thy Lawful Remedies, a Faith Based organization, non-statutory, unincorporated Private Member Association 

PRIVATE MEMBER AGREEMENT

Thy Lawful Remedies, a faith based private member association, non-statutory, unincorporated, herein “TLR” and the living souls herein enter into this  Private Member  Agreement, governed solely by the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God and by private contract, and does hereby establish this Private Member  Agreement herein “PMA”; The TLR is not a corporate entity or legal fiction, and operates solely in private; and this PMA is a lawful and sacred contractual construct arising from the inherent rights of living men and women to associate, assemble, and contract in private, secured under natural law, divine law, Ecclesiastical law, and common law; this PMA is made and entered into as of the date of autographs  herein as the “Effective Date” (use of date is not consent to timeline); and is by and between the following living souls:

woman, kathleen: clan of ramsey, living soul, herein referred to as “Host,” who at times acts on behalf of TLR, for the lawful and peaceful operation of this PMA; and

the woman/man, who attends events, accepts invite, and or autographs below, a living soul, herein referred to as “Member” (or collectively, “Members”);

Host, and Member may be referred to herein separately as a “Party” or, collectively, as the “Parties”;

This PMA is a mutual agreement entered into in honor, by full comprehension and free will, not coercion; the Parties agree to the terms, conditions, principles, and lawful jurisdiction defined herein and within the TLR By-Laws governing this PMA;

This PMA is entered into by private invitation only; Members are accepted upon review and approval in accordance to the TLR Bylaws; the Parties comprehend and affirm each is contracting as living souls, not as: corporate fictions, legal entities, or artificial persons; and agree to the principles, laws, and structure outlined herein; each Member affirms they are of sound mind, over the age of eighteen (18), and acting by free will;

Mission Statement  

To inspire and empower a powerhouse community of conscious world-changers to embody their highest selves and transform lives starting at home — Ambassadors of Change honoring the sacred covenant, shining truth, and teaching others to walk on the water of the maritime legal system with faith, clarity, courage, compassion, and divine authority.

TLR proprietary content, herein “Resources”, such as, and not limited to: Zoom calls, videos, webinars, written materials, documents, courses, digital platforms, consultations, holistic wellness guidance, spiritual education, and any methods, formulas, or strategies shared within the private domain; 

TLR support offerings, herein “Services”, such as and not limited to: live classes, digital services, platforms, theory, blueprints, strategy, meditations, energy work, natural healing systems, coaching, and any private services delivered by TLR or Representative;

These Resources and Services are available exclusively to Members and are shared for private, spiritual, and educational purposes only; and may not be reproduced, disclosed, distributed, or relied upon for any public, commercial, legal, or regulatory use; by autographing this PMA and accessing any such Resources or Services, the Member affirms lawful acceptance of the offer as defined herein and agrees to all terms and conditions as set forth in this PMA and TLR By-Laws;

The Parties agree and acknowledge the following terms as binding, herein:

  1. Private Member: The Parties engage in a private, member-to-member relation for the purpose of supporting improved health, education, self-governance, and overall quality of life; the Parties have voluntarily chosen to enter this PMA and, by doing so, affirms the change in status from any public designation such as citizen, resident, client, or legal person to private Member standing under this PMA;
  2. Free Will and Choice: The Parties acknowledge that this PMA is governed by the laws as stated herein and exists solely in the private domain; each affirms standing in private capacity and waives all claims to or participation in any man-made jurisdiction, such as  and not limited to UCC, maritime, admiralty, PPSA, or other corporate, territorial, or statutory systems;

For purposes of this PMA, “Representatives” means any Trustee, Advisor, Host, Steward, staff, volunteer, board member, Council of Elders, third-party provider, or Members acting in service to PMA under its private structure; any and all matters arising shall be resolved privately through PMA process as outlined in the TLR By-Laws;

  1. Waiver: The Parties agree that all activities within this TLR are private contractual matters between like kind and are not subject to any legal code, statute, title, or regulation of any local, state, federal, or corporate enforcement body; 

Member waives all rights to initiate or participate in any legal action under man-made systems, such as maritime, admiralty, UCC, or other statutory jurisdictions, against any Member or Representative of the TLR; exception is made only in the event of a clear and present danger of substantive evil, as defined in the TLR By-Laws, and only upon recommendation and approval of TLR Council, which shall not be unreasonably withheld;

  1. Not a Substitute for Medical, Legal, or Tax: The Parties agree all information, Resources, and Services offered are for private, spiritual, and educational purposes only and not intended to give advice from licensed health professionals, BAR card holders, accountants, or any other public titleholder;  Member accepts full responsibility to seek licensed or conventional professional advice as needed;  Member agrees to exercise discernment in all matters and acknowledges that use of any information is at their own risk and choice and that no result, outcome, or benefit is promised or guaranteed by TLR, its Members, or its Representatives; 

 

  1. Violation of PMA: Any violation of this PMA shall be deemed a trespass upon the privacy and property of another living soul; the responsible Party shall provide remedy in a manner that is reasonable, honorable, and fair, pursuant to the lawful processes set forth in the TLR By-Laws; 

 

  1. No Advice or Opinion: The Parties agree that all Resources and Services are shared in private as personal experience or educational offering only, and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or medical advice; Nothing provided by TLR, its Members, or Representatives is regulated by or subject to public licensing or oversight; Member agrees to use discernment and remains fully responsible for all choices and actions; 

7.      Term: This PMA shall remain in effect unless and until terminated in writing by either Party; if termination is initiated by the Member, written notice is required at least thirty (30) days prior to any billing cycle, and all prior contributions, donations, or offerings are non-refundable;

TLR Council may terminate the Member relations at any time with written notice to Member, at TLR Council’s sole discretion; termination may also occur by mutual agreement, voluntary withdrawal, or breach of the PMA, its principles, terms, conditions, or TLR By-Laws; the Parties agree to keep all terms, actions, and communications of this PMA and TLR Bylaws confidential for twenty (20) years, regardless of termination status; this clause applies to all Private Member Offerings, herein “Offerings” unless otherwise stated;

  1. Safe & Respectful Community, Zero Tolerance: The Parties agree this PMA and all Offerings form a private sanctuary of respect, integrity, and mutual support; TLR, through the terms of this PMA upholds a zero-tolerance policy for abuse of any kind, verbal, emotional, physical, psychological, spiritual, or financial; disruptive behavior, such as threats, harassment, manipulation, or profanity, may result in immediate suspension or termination at the sole discretion of the TLR Council, without prior notice, if deemed necessary for the well-being of the community; participation in the TLR under this  PMA is a privilege, not a right;

9.    Contributions & Special Terms: All Member dues, gifts, donations, and contributions; herein “Contributions”, are made voluntarily, in private, and are non-refundable; Contributions in exchange for Resources, Services, or Offerings shall be treated as special deposits under this PMA as a private contract; 

Use of credit cards or public banking systems does not alter the private status of the TLR Contribution; a Member’s Contribution provides access to the Offerings Member selects, as described in the applicable Member Offerings terms; Offerings may have additional terms set forth in a Private Offerings Addition “Addition” which, once agreed to, shall have the same force and effect as this PMA, except where explicitly stated otherwise stated within that Addition; 

  1. Confidentiality Clause: The Parties agree that all information, communications, and materials shared within the TLR are private and confidential; neither Party shall disclose, distribute, or reproduce any proprietary content, Member interactions, or internal matters to anyone outside the TLR without written consent from the TLR Council; breach of this clause may result in immediate termination and lawful action pursuant to the TLR By-Laws;

 

  1. Dispute Resolution: The Parties agree that any dispute arising within TLR shall be resolved privately, beginning with good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, the matter shall be handled through mediation as outlined in the PMA and TLR By-Laws; any and all mediation and resolution shall be overseen by the TLR Council, a private tribunal defined and governed by the TLR By-Laws; the Parties waive any right to bring claims before a public court or invoke statutory law, such as and not limited to codes, acts, policies, UCC, or maritime jurisdiction;  any and all decisions rendered by the TLR Council shall be final and binding;

12. Remedies, Restitution and Redress: The Parties agree to remain fully accountable for all actions within  the TLR realm; in the event of harm, breach or failure to uphold this PMA, the responsible Party shall provide remedy to restore balance, truth, and honor, guided by the TLR By-Laws and the principles herein like Natural Law; remedy shall be fair and include  compensation for any loss, time, energy, or trespass caused; each Party agrees to act in honor and good faith and to make whole any living soul or Representative affected;

  1. Ownership of Knowledge & Content: All Resources, Services, materials, and teachings within the TLR remains the sole property of TLR; Members receive a limited, non-transferable right to access for personal use only; reproduction, modification, resale, or distribution is prohibited without written permission from the TLR Council, and unauthorized use may result in termination and lawful actions; this applies to all formats including digital, print, audio, video, and any derivative or adapted content used within or originating from TLR;

 

  1. Member Information Updates: Member affirms all information provided to TLR is true and accurate; Member agrees to update TLR with any changes during the term of this PMA;

 

  1. Governing Jurisdiction and Laws: This PMA and TLR are governed by the laws stated herein and by the TLR By-Laws, all venue, standing, and jurisdiction; personal, subject matter, and territorial; reside exclusively within the private and ecclesiastical realm; any and all proceedings shall be adjudicated by the TLR Council as defined in the TLR By-Laws and based solely on truth, evidence, and conscience; any and all maritime, UCC, statutory, or foreign courts are forbidden and lack jurisdiction to hear or decide any matter related to TLR and this PMA (except as stated herein); this PMA stands first in time, first in right, and supersedes any and all conflicting public claim or presumption;

16. Consent of Default Judgement: Unauthorized use or disclosure of TLR Resources or Services constitutes a breach of this PMA and shall result in a default judgment of ten million ($10,000,000.00) dollars, payable in gold or silver coin as valued on the date of claim; enforcement shall proceed without the need to post bond and at a location chosen solely by the TLR Council; an additional fee of $1,000 per social media follower may be assessed for each instance of unauthorized disclosure or transmission to  any non-member;

Disclaimer: All information, Resources, and Services shared within TLR and through this PMA are private, spiritual, and educational in nature, and do not constitute legal, medical, tax, or other professional advice; TLR, its Representatives, and Members accept no responsibility for interpretation, use, decisions or outcomes made by Member; all rights are hereby invoked and reserved by Parties;

 

Acknowledgement: Member, whose autograph appears below, affirms full comprehension and agreement to all terms set forth in this PMA; enters this sacred contract by free will and full understanding; acknowledges that Member may withdrawal with written notice, and Member status may be revoked at the sole discretion of TLR Council and all contributions are final and non-refundable, and made as special deposit in honor;

 

By autographing below (whether electronically or physically), Member agrees to hold TLR, its Representatives, and other Members harmless in any event or claim, accepts full responsibility for Members participation and actions under this PMA; the Parties come in peace and in honor.
